The Head of the Canning is a corporate challenge that occurs in October of each year. Organisations enter crews of 9 that attend training over four weeks, culminating in a regatta on the 1960 Common Wealth Games rowing course. Crews are coached by expert coaches at partner rowing clubs in Perth. This program is designed around teamwork and leadership, with weekly breakfast events featuring a specialist keynote address.
