We believe that experiential education is the best way to deliver personal and professional development programs. We utilise evidence based approaches to underpin our programs that can are designed to accommodate different outcomes. We work in partnership with local rowing clubs to deliver programs that can run for half a day through to multiple sessions a week over a four week period.

Who We Are

Cameron Thorn is the Founder of Row To Lead, he is a passionate Educator and Coach with more than a decade of experience in leadership and team development. Cameron provides experiential learning environments that challenge participants in a calm and fun way, facilitating growth and greater self-awareness.

Cameron has worked extensively across rowing in Western Australia; having been a Club President, an elected member of the Board of Rowing WA, coached Master’s interstate crews, managed interstate junior talent residentials, and established award winning outreach programs. Beyond rowing, Cameron has held leadership positions within secondary and tertiary education institutions. Cameron has a Bachelor of Education and a Master of Interdisciplinary Studies.
